Spent Xmas in a cozy stay in the heart of the town. The room was super clean and had an efficient air con plus a hot shower. The location was ideal, only a short walk from great cafes and restaurants. The bed was extremely restful and comfortable, and it was remarkably quiet in the area.

Breakfast was not included, and there weren't any bicycles available to rent. On the first day, they included the bike, but on the next day, they said that they were not.

The hotel's decoration was charming, with beautiful Vietnamese artwork and traditional furniture that gave it a warm and cozy feeling. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people like myself to relax and enjoy the ambiance. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent, with ramps and elevators available for those who may have difficulty climbing stairs.

I would ask for more assistance from the staff in terms of providing additional support and guidance specifically tailored to senior people. The children working there were friendly, but it would have been helpful to have more information about nearby attractions and activities suitable for older individuals.
